"PJ and Angel are very professional and responsive. I was not an easy customer to convince and hard to nail down, but PJ had appropriate persistence and patience. PJ uncovered that I was being charged >$900 for a car that I no longer owed with my prior insurer, resulting in a refund. Also, PJ and Angel saved me $3,000 per year by switching my home, car and umbrella with comparable coverage. I feel extremely blessed to have found this State Farm office."

"Have been with this state farm for many years and have always had nothing but great service. Cory has been super helpful with many things from our car insurance to home insurance and life insurance for my son. Always a welcoming place and always has worked hard to help get our answers. Whenever I call for anything I rely on Cory, she has helped us through so much and never shoves you along just is patient and caring and gets you the answers. Recently we had a tree fall on our house I took pictures and headed over there. She was super helpful and compassionate and made me feel better about my claims and everything to happen. She's the best."

"I wanted quotes for home and auto. I spoke with Armando who was very helpful. We compared my policies with my insurance to what State Farm could offer me. I have to say, I was very happy with the coverage and the cost. Armando helped me every step of the way, explaining the inspection, and getting me signed up. "If your looking for insurance I highly recommend that you reach out to State Farm in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. The staff was top notch with answering all the questions I had. I was with a different insurance company for over 30 years, but absolutely switched to State Farm after our interaction. They saved me over $1100 which I didn't think was even possible, but am extremely grateful. He was very respectful regarding my existing policy with an alternative agency, and in addition to more competitive pricing through State Farm, PJ made the experience personal which made the change an easy choice for me.
